Writing is hard for many reasons, especially not having a structured process organized in clear and manageable steps. We can develop that process together.
Academic Writing
This form of writing is specific to the college and university environment. I offer coaching services to pre-college, undergraduate, graduate students, and faculty to develop a process for academic success.
High school and undergraduate students: we will look at your assignments or goals to develop a strategy to meet the expectations of the assignment or reach your goals. The most important aspect is understanding what is needed and then developing a plan to get there.
Graduate students: We will develop a path to successfully writing your dissertation and complete your doctoral studies.
Tenured and tenure-track faculty: I am here to help you prepare journal articles and book manuscripts for submission or final publication.
Whatever your current circumstance, I am here to support you in your academic and professional endeavors and goals. Writing is a social activity- even though so much of the work happens in isolation. There is no shame in seeking help: everyone needs a coach at some point.
